Sentari provides a control plane for AI agents, enabling users to deploy, monitor, and manage autonomous AI systems. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. API Usage and Rate Limits

Use of the Sentari API is subject to rate limits. Excessive use that negatively impacts the Service's performance may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Sentari a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service or third parties.

In no event shall Sentari be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
